* **Cryptocurrency / Tokens:** Lipafy exclusively routes sovereign fiat currencies (KES) through compliant local telecom and central-bank licensed clearing houses.
* **Physical Cash Withdrawals:** Agents cannot initiate cardless agent code cash withdrawals without interactive telecom biometric confirmation.
* **Cross-Border FX Speculation:** Payouts must settle in the designated local rail currency.
